Here's a clue....the answer is "H"
A quick quiz:
As getting into your car one day, you notice a note tucked under the windshield wiper. After saying a quick prayer that it isn't a parking ticket, you read it over and find it is a note from a stranger saying that they have noticed you around, think you are "very, very cute" and inviting you to email them so the two of you can get to know each other. Do you:
(a) Secretly hope that "Carlos" is a pseudonym donned by your neighbor boy crush and have a brief daydream of some horribly romantic outcome that could come straight out of a Tom Hanks/Meg Ryan picture, complete with Louis Anderson music in the background.
(b) Get slightly skeeved out that someone has been watching you without you noticing, watching you enough to know which car in the parking lot is yours and then glance in all the surrounding buildings in a paranoid fashion.
(c) Feel a rush because this kind of shit never happens to you.
(d) Immediately email all your friends at work asking for advice and then proceed to spend the entire work day dissecting the note for possible meaning, up to and including googling the email address and looking it up on myspace, but coming up with nothing.
(e) Entertain the possibility that the writer of the note could be some fantastic poet/musician/sex god who looks exactly like Gael García Bernal. Also entertain the possibility that he could be the creepy dude with a mullet and beer-stained NASCAR tank top that wanders around the neighborhood.
(f) Ask the cute neighbor boy about the writer of the note, hoping not only to find out something about him (but don't) and to make him jealous (but don't).
(g) Spend the next four days fretting over what to do, if you should write, what you should write, and other such worries to the point where you don't do anything. Then start to wonder if you've waiting too long and if writing is even an option.
(h) All of the above.
Maybe I should just email him link to this....that will drive him away.
