Nature wants in.
I came home on my lunch hour the other day and found a pigeon flying around my apartment. I left the window slightly open and it must have walked in from the ledge outside. The cat, embracing her feline insticts, hid under the bed. When I tried to shoo the bird out through the window, it dive-bombed my head. Finally, with the help of a towel and a lot of screeching, I managed to get the bird out.
This is the most exciting thing that has happened in my life in WEEKS.
