The Latest.
I have a million things to do this morning before I leave to go to Redding for Christmas, so here's a quick rundown of what's been going on:
-I got the new apartment and will be moving in two weeks. My parents pretty much had to pay the total cost for since my current landlord is being a bitch with my security deposit here. Turns out, when one of my roommates moved out, she never signed her release from the lease, therefore she is still a legal tenant of the place and has a right to half of the deposit, even though it is all my money. Goddamn, I hate that bitch.
-Oh, did I mention I'M MOVING IN TWO WEEKS. Begin complete packing and moving breakdown.
-When I told Moomie about moving, he looked very sad, which made me feel very sad and guilty. He then began an hour long diatribe about a new set of kitchen knives he's buying and how spending $200 a knife is not only reasonable but I'm a complete loser for using regular old knives. I don't feel so sad and guilty anymore.
-At work, our famed Christmas bonuses fell through. Which sucks, because in previous years employees received thousands of dollars. The morale at work is now a bit low.
-Speaking of work, at our Christmas party I got enough wine in me to attempt to talk to the boy I've had a crush on since starting. He completely ignored me. I now like him more. This, surely, will not end well.
-OH MY GOD I'M MOVING IN TWO WEEKS.
