Just when you think you've seen it all...
As if I really needed another reason to avoid Redding, I found one sitting in the Kmart parking lot. Laid out over the cement parking barrier was a used urinary catheter (a "pee bag" if you will) just waming itself in the Indian summer sun. And if that weren't enough, a flock of parking lot birds were fighting over who got to pick at the plastic.
Ah, Redding: Where the incontinent are lazy and the wildlife are disgusting.
