Which way is up?
The weather here has finally begun to turn nice.
(Isn't this great, over a week or so since I last wrote, and I'll I have is the weather? Sigh.)
It's been raining here since November, and now that the sun is out I have actually been feeling the need to go outside. In nature. I know, I'm a little scared too.
Trinidad Beach:

Don't let the pretty views fool you...that water is cold and full of sharks. Sharks, people.
I recently bought a pencil drawing from a local artist and I want to hang it up, but after I got it home I realized I didn't know which way was supposed to go up:

Is he stuck in a box?

Doing a handstand?

Has he fallen and hurt his back?

Is he supporting a table top?
Stupid art, making my brains hurt.
My latest roommate happened to mention to me that she will be moving out. In two weeks. Which means it's time for my annual Search For a Roommate Who is Not Crazy/Dirty/Making Meth in the Bathroom. And really, this couldn't have come at a better time: I've just spent the past week at work moving into another office (not a bigger or better office, just another dark room to share with another coworker), and the thought of boxes and moving vans and shudder cleaning deposits makes me ill. Why, oh why, couldn't I have been some rich heiress who doesn't have to worry about this crap?
